Starry Surprise HNT
So I like breasts. A lot. A lot a lot. Particularly mine; I like to grab them when I’m cold or nervous, I rest things on them, I keep drinks in my cleavage (and can take shots out of it too…or at least, I could in college). When properly tied in a corset, I can balance a soda can on my rack.
Moreover, I love nipples. God, what would I do without nipples? I’m really torn about getting them pierced; I want to really badly, but am terrified that I might lose sensation. I’m like a walking Murphy’s law; if something can go wrong, it will (see all the drama about my vertical clit hood piercing). But I also think that nipple piercings look very hot, and for some people, they increase sensation, which would be spectacular. I have breast orgasms now, and piercings could really increase that exponentially. K suggested I try getting one done, and see what I think. It’s a logical idea, but my fear of losing sensation isn’t logical. I am considering it though…after the move, and after summer is over, so it doesn’t prevent any swimming.
So if I can’t have nipple clamps, what is the next best thing? Well, when I got the notice from Eden that I was getting to review Silver Star Nipple Shields, I was really excited. Jewelry for non-pierced nipples…kind of reminds me of the magnetic and clip earrings I wore as a child before I got my ears pierced. Blinging out the boobies — works for me.
I anxiously awaited my package, and when the postwoman brought it, I couldn’t contain myself, ripped it open, and tried them on in front of her before I fucked her brains out. Ok, not really, but so many reviews talk about waiting for the postperson, I just had to say it.
I sat down, opened them up, took off my bra (as if I ever wear a shirt while at home), and attempted to get them on. No luck. I tried again later, and even cut myself in the process with an errant nail. Still, nothing.
It took going over to my friend’s house, and having her pull, poke, prod, produce ice packs, numb them, hit them, everything short of welding the damn things on…and they basically stayed on for the picture, I shimmied a little, and that was the end of them. Tata.
K suggests I use them to brand people. Why did I have an inkling he’d say something like that? I’m looking into somehow turning them into earrings, or rings, or something. It’s too bad they don’t work at all; they really are very pretty.

Hi! I had the same concerns about piercing, but 5 years ago I went ahead and got ONE pierced. I love it. The actually piercing experience is incredible- I can’t even describe it. And it did increase sensation, not a big increase, it’s just different than it was before. I love having one nipple pierced and one natural, and exploring the differences between the way each feels. You should consider having one done! xoxo

i read your review on the stars yesterday and was pondering the dilema. i have no desire to pierce my nipples but i would love to have something pretty on them. Maybe you could use that glue meant for false eyelashes and stick them on like pasties! :) Then there would be the fun feeling of peeling them off later…but then that’s just one of my things maybe.

Hehe, my sister’s chair is a bean bag chair – no love sack for her, she’s only 17. I try to corrupt her, but she simply won’t allow it. *sigh* kids today.

You’ll just have to get them pierced after all, won’t you? I have heard that some people lose sensitivity as you fear but I was one of the lucky ones – mine were already sensitive but the pierced one can now drive me insane!

The shields look gorgeous!! I realise that its ultimately your decision about getting pierced, so I shall give you my personal experience… I had my right one done nearly three years ago, and oh boy!! It is very sensitive now, and I love having it played with. I do have just as much fun with my non-pierced nipple too…
