Sexercise Workshop by Essin’ Em.  November 19th, 7pm

Did you know that sex and exercise CAN go hand in hand? We’ll cover kegel exercises (how to strengthen your PC mucles for better sex, bladder control, preparation for child birth and so much more), as well as other types of stretching and strengthening that will contribute to your sexual health. Males have PC muscles too! Learn about increasing flexibility, how to make your body work for you, toys that can help you work out (vaginal balls and barbells are the newest “in” thing), and much more. Wear comfy clothing, and bring a soft yoga-style mat if you have one. People of all sexes, genders, abilities, orientations and relationship statuses are welcome! Class fee is $10.

All workshops have limited space, so pre-registration is highly encouraged. (48 hours notice of cancellation is required for workshop refund.) Walk-ins will be allowed.
