Sex Toy Review: Womolia Heat

Emotional Bliss is a company that makes vibrators.  Correction; not just any vibrators.  This is what their press release says about them:

They were kind enough to send me the Womolia for me to try.

It charged fairly easily, and I appreciated that the instruction booklet acknowledged that this was made for vaginas, as compared to a lot of vibrating massagers that like to pretend that no one would ever do anything sexual with THEIR product.

It also came with two bottles of lube; one silicone based and one water based (no silicone is used in the toys), both of which were nice, but not really anything to write home about.

It’s made of TPE Plastic with anti-bacterial agents, so supposeably it can be shared. I don’t know about this. I only share things I can boil or bleach, but I’m also a lot more careful and OCD than most people. However, if you’re planning on sharing this, I would look into this a little bit further.

The schtick of the Womolia Heat is that in addition to all the programs and setting levels, it also can heat up in conjunction.

I tried this with Q. Vibration wise, we both like it, although it wasn’t quite her style, and it really wasn’t powerful enough to beat my Hitachi, which is god to me.  But we did like it. However, the heat? Cunts are already so warm and toasty as is that neither of us really felt a difference. But, I can definitely see how amazing it might feel for someone who is a little bit more sensitive for heat play.  

While not the most amazing vibrator available on the market, it certainly is pretty snazzy.  If you think it’s your style, I would recommend the Womalia Heat as a back massager and/or a vibrator.

But I’m Not Dead!

I’m alive. I’ve just been having a crazy couple of days with work, knee pain, Q borrowing my computer, etc.

However, while you’re waiting for my next oh so brilliant post (yeah yeah, I know I’m not sexual Einstein), I’d like to direct you to the site ButYouDontLookSick.com.  I discovered this about a year or two ago, but have really been delving in as of late. I’d especially like you to read the Spoon story/theory.  

I’ve been having people I care about or talk to a lot read it as of late, because explaining my life in spoons is much easier.  Between my knee/hip/joint pain, migraines, and now this total exhaustion (caused by the sleep apnea which is caused by my ridiculously swollen tonsils…for which I finally can see an ENT on the 27th, I just don’t know how I’m paying for it), I only have a small amount of spoons, and trying to decide what to use them for is always hard. I highly highly suggest reading this concept in general, but especially if you have friends or loved ones with chronic pain, illness, etc.

Fetisch und Kink Party

Ball and Chain Choker Review

In addition to all my awesome sex toys I get to review, sometimes I also get sent books, movies, and even sometimes jewelry to try out.

One such item was this ball and chain choker.

I love things made out of metal, especially chain mail (or maile, or maille … etc if you’re a ren faire-ian). And I was pretty excited to get this one, as it goes with pretty much every kinky outfit I own.

It’s actually pretty heavy…I mean, that should make sense given that it is made out of stainless steel.  It’s fairly well made, although I will say that I put it in my purse for a week after a play party, and a lot of the chain links moved over the balls, so I had to sit down and move all the individual chains backs over the balls so that I could wear it again. I know that doesn’t make sense, but I’m not quite sure a better way to phrase it.

As far as fastening, it was two closures, with each having multiple settings. Just feed the chain of balls through the closure’s hole, and voila.  Not so hard to get one, but I certainly needed a surprising amount of help taking it off.

Having worn it out and about to various functions, both kinky and vanilla, I’ve gotten quite the plethora of compliments. It looks good in general, and really looks good with corsets, leather, vinyl, etc. This is definitely one of my favorite new items of jewelry.  Two thumbs up on my part!

Highlights from Q’s Birthday Weekend

So I kidnapped Q this past weekend for her birthday.

Saturday, I took her to City O’ City, her favorite restaurant, which happens to be an all veggie restaurant. After sharing a veggie Caesar salad and an amazing artisan  cheeseboard, we finished up with a ho-ho cupcake, and headed thrift store shopping, where she got a two nice new-ish shirts, and three really hot ties. Me-ow.

Then, I snuck her away to the Doubletree – a friend works there, and helped me get a discount.  It had an indoor heated pool, an outdoor pool, a coffeeshop, and most importantly, an amazing room. Huge, fluffy, king sized bed, nice couch, and a balcony where fucked (well, we also fucked on the couch and in bed too).

Sunday morning, after much fun and cuddling, I took Q for her first experience with a full, 4 course fondue (cheese, salad, main course fondue and chocolate).  It was, as expected, delicious and amazing.  We spent the evening cuddling, napping, digesting and watching Veronica Mars.

I’m so glad it turned out well. Will probably write up sex stories soon :)
