The Adventure Begins
Today, we begin the next leg of our adventure.
That’s right. Q and I are moving to Arizona (Phoenix, to be exact) today.
Who’s coming with us?
2 of our friends to help us with the drive, and these three kittehs:
Kali
Kinsey
And Jasper
I’ve moved a few times with cats before, including Denver to Philly, and Philly to Denver. It’s always an adventure…and Kali has never really been in the car before, except to go to the vet. So yes, it should be interesting to say the least.
And I’m still going to be in recovery from my surgery. Which will make this all even more interesting.
But away we go! Farewell to my beautiful Colorado:

Best of luck to ya’all…..Love those pictures….we had to move our cat from Southwest Ontario to NJ, long drive with a meowy cat! Considering she had diabetes and we were carrying syringes into the country, it was interesting. One and only time I had a border crossing person with a sense of humor. Asked us if Pearl (the cat) was an American, Canadian or dual citizen. Then wanted to know if she went “meoooow,eh”. All said with a smile on her face.
So, enough about my adventure. I hope you recover easily and swiftly, that the road has many adventures but no perils, and that you arrive safely and enjoy your new home.

happy halloween a bit late, and good luck with the move (hopefully that part is late, too =). i want to come visit! (i’m kind of in love with new mexico, and i’ve never been any farther into the southwest than that, so i’m terribly curious about this “desert” thing)
